Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Non-Refundable Bookings
All confirmed bookings made through our website, direct contact, or third-party platforms are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, no shows, or early check-outs.
2. Management Discretion
In exceptional or unforeseen situations, such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or force majeure events, the management may consider a refund or partial credit. Such decisions are made solely at the discretion of Radiant Villas’ management and will require valid supporting documentation.
There is no obligation to provide a refund or alternate dates unless approved by the management in writing.
3. Date Changes and Rescheduling
- Requests for rescheduling or changing dates will only be entertained in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., hospitalization, emergencies).
- All date-change approvals are subject to availability, applicable rate differences, and must be confirmed at least [e.g., 5-7 days] before the original check-in date.
- A rescheduling fee may apply in certain cases, depending on the season or revised dates.
4. No Shows and Early Check-Outs
- Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be treated as no-shows, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
- Early departures will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
5. Third-Party Bookings
If your booking was made through a third-party travel website or agent (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip), their cancellation policies will apply. Please refer to their respective terms for refund eligibility.
